Focus of Call: Rapid Prototyping and Testing

Purpose: The Design & Innovation Check-in Peer Consultancy video call is an opportunity to share your team’s progress, and offer other district leaders feedback on their team’s data collection approach related to identifying a challenge connected to CCSS-Math implementation and the use of Instructional Technology in preparation for the February Institute.

Objectives:

  • Design & Innovation team leaders will update the group on their rapid prototyping and testing progress

Milestones to update your group on in preparation for February 2016:

  • Your team has engaged in rapid prototyping and;
  • Testing of those prototypes to understand which iteration is closest to solving your HMW
  • Your team has collected data in numerous ways to best understand your progress
  • Your team has conducted a SWOT Analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats), or something similar, to decide on next steps with your prototype
    • Engaged in conversation as a team about weather this prototype was a solution worth scaling?
